  • Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement by contacting our customer support. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
  • Returns: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
  • Refunds: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery with supporting images. Refunds or replacements will be processed after verification. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
